I discovered a great new use for my home brew tonight - a whole bottle into a batch of beer batter for freshly caught Spencer Gulf Whiting... DE-LIC-IOUS!!!! ;)

I'm glad you clarified that it was the beer that was blonde not me... my hair is much more a light shade of brown.
